It's super excellent , I like David he's very professional , he's always on time ,and he's prices are below the regulations and work above ,I got some questions one time and he not answer my questions , he give me a seminar at no extra charge , and when I need my paperwork quik he don't send it to my by FedEx overnight or UPS overnight , he just don't like to go that , even know he knows I need fast , he delivered in person and handed to me , extra work at the same price , what else I can say A.S.A.P. is not only the best ,is unique Thank you DAVID YOU ARE VERY HARD WORKER

We don't have a post date for this question and we don't know who you are but read this: Definition Of A Lien Sale When a person repairs, tows or stores a vehicle or vessel and has not been paid by the owner of the vehicle for services rendered, that person has a lien against the vehicle. The lien arises when the owner is provided a written statement of charges for the services rendered or the service is completed, which ever occurs first. If a vehicle is towed by a law enforcement agency or private towing company, the lien arises at the time the vehicle is towed. Hopefully this question is coming from a California resident/location. No. However the title went into lien sale is the way it will come out. If it is salvage going in, it will be salvage coming out, if it was clean going in it will be clean coming out.
