I see that you have been assessed your annual fee which is a yearly account maintenance fee to provide our members with a Judgement Free fitness experience. Unlike monthly membership dues, the annual fee is not deferred during a membership freeze: planetfitness.com/health. Please contact our club directly for any questions or concerns related to billing.
Within the contract paperwork that we sign when initially becoming a member of PF, there is something referred to as an "Annual Membership Fee". This fee is outlined to be $39.00, and is billed ounce per year (usually the month following the month of your initial sign-up). Regards - A fellow PF member
