I dont like the gym n staff behaviour with people who comes on night shifts. Couldnt go to this gym for 2 weeks i went after 1 am thats best time for me but ut was closed for 2 weeks. Then i went to penfield location it was only open for 1 time but before n after labour day it was closed. When ever they want to close gym they just closed for days. So bad for people who want to come in night shifts shame on planet fitness for this behaviour. I am high cholestrol patient couldnt go to gym because all these locations close whenever they want.

We do not offer a personal trainer service, however, we do offer PE@PF – a series of focused fitness training sessions led by certified fitness instructors that’s designed to help members get familiar with the equipment and to build an individual workout plan to follow at their own pace. PE@PF sessions are done in small groups, free to our members, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hello, Abbey. This club is scheduled to reopen on 8/28/20. Reservations are not required. Here are the hours of operation for this location: Mon-Thu 5a-10p, Fri 5a-9p, Sat-Sun 7a-7p. This club will have a maximum capacity of 114 members. You can use the crowd meter located on the clubs' homepage (planetfitness.com/gyms) to view the current member capacity of the club in real-time. There are no shower or locker room restrictions. This club has no Black Card Spa Area restrictions, so tanning, hydro massage tables, and chairs, etc should be available. Please contact the club prior to your visit to ensure that those amenities are up and running. Be well and stay safe.

Are you a black card member? I've never paid any fee other than my monthly (and yearly) fees, and I've used pretty much every Rochester location, plus I've used their gyms in Syracuse, Boston, Dallas, and Philadelphia.
