Orville’s used to be great but they have really gone downhill in the past few years. When I originally called to schedule my delivery the girl who answered had no clue what she was doing and had to “look into it.” I had to be available for three deliveries because the dryers were so damaged or broken that the first two were unable to be delivered. I’m now waiting on the delivery guys to come for a FOURTH time because they installed the washer incorrectly. Two of the times the guy showed up outside of the delivery window that I was given; however, when the two hour window they gave me didn’t work for me, they were unable to be flexible. Only positive is the delivery guys were always super nice.

Nick was more knowledgeable and helpful than any sales person I've experienced! Inventory available and delivery scheduling quick. Amazing experience. Jenna (trainee) seemed excited to be there and was also helpful and friendly. I will go to Orville's first every time!

They always have package deals. Depending on the brand sometimes they will make a little better deal. In my opinion they always have the best deals around Rochester.
I was charged $80 for delivery and hookup of my Samsung washer and dryer. That $80 included the cost of a new gas line, set of water hoses for washer and the "Y" connector and hose for the dryer steam function. So actual delivery was about $45. It is completely worth though, I saved about $250 compared to other stores wth same model set. They have the lowest prices that I have found in Rochester for new appliances.
