Yes they do cash personal checks but you have to be registered in the system and follow up some regulations .. i think they give you a maximum amount a day/month based on a verificarion on check system ... i havent cash any check myself at this casino or use casino ATM because the fees, most casinos take checks and usually is fees free with checks.
Never tried myself? But haven't had a check book in years. I would call them up first before I get there. I do know the atm fee was enormous. Just like vegas.
