Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes at 230am... They then tell everyone in line that the "system is updating" and they can't take orders for 40 minutes. Garbage, at whatever level this is. At least walk out and tell everyone in line so we're not trapped

Ordered via DoorDash today, the driver was quick and on time. My issue is with the store. I ordered a Classic Buttery Jack sandwich. I’m pregnant and was CRAVING this burger, haven’t had it in a long time. I get my food and I’m eating while working, since I work from home. And 4 bites in I noticed it was chewy… like..jerky chewy?? I look at the patty and 1 the patty they gave me was a regular sized patty, didn’t even give me the thicker patty IT SHOULD come with, 2 it’s OLD AND DRY, and 3 ITS PINK!!!!!! IM PREGNANT and I was given an OLD and UNCOOKED burger!! I escalated this issue with DoorDash to which they helped me tremendously. I decided to call the store to let the Manager know what HER COOK decided to do. And all she has to say is “our food is going through fast”. Didn’t even let me talk. Didn’t care that I’m pregnant and ate UNDERCOOKED OLD FOOD!!! And then she hangs up on me FOR BEING UPSET I ATE UNDERCOOKED FOOD!!! If I get food poisoning and this puts my baby in danger. Best believe I’m suing.

Well when I went here yesterday I really wanted to talk to the head cheese guy whoever that was because their food was cheesy and not in a good way. Also their Coke was flatter than Wonder woman's stomach and absolutely no bubbles. They're curly fries which I totally love were cold and old kind of like me haha LOL and their sourdough Jack is what I got and it wasn't all that I think they got new cooks in there or something but somebody needs to take somebody by the throat and just scream at him or no not scream that doesn't get nothing accomplished let's see how about just get their s*** together and quit serving food that's old and cold I could do that at home and not have to pay so much you know. Yet I must say the employees were still smiling away as they were serving me my cold fries nice. So I guess the head cheese guy if I could be I would I would be the head cheese guy and get on the phone and call Jack quick and tell him what's up.
