Jogging and walking trails and most are marked.
There are black top oaths throughout the park. On the other side of the levee there are more "natural" dirt trails. I haven't been back there for years so I do not know if they are marked.
On the river side they are not marked however there is no way that you can get lost. They may be several miles long however they are in an area not much more than 200 feet wide from river to levee.
