Melissa at the front desk is super helpful. The queues are well managed and I was able to get everything I needed in forty-five minutes even though every chair was full when I walked in.

Been here thrice 1. To get a new driver's license 2. To get a replacement 4. To renew my license. I have had only great experiences all the three times. Staff are very courteous and prompt. Good customer service. Place is neat and tidy. Today when I went for renewal on a Saturday afternoon, I was expecting a huge crowd but the place was practically empty so was in and out in <30 minutes. They have ample parking spots too. Fair warning: The place does get super crowded sometimes on a weekday morning/afternoon. So be prepared to wait for upto 1 hour.
