I and my family go here every year to watch the 4th of July fireworks. It's so fun they have Food Trucks, Little bracelet shops and more. 5/5 I recommend going there for any events you could !

Very clean a nice park to take your children to play or if you just need me time to sit out and relax

Such a lovely park. Super accessible, pet, child and bike friendly. Nice paved walking path on the dyke. Plenty of parking.

Yes on a leash pick up poop. Make Sure they have shots and license.
You need to reserve the pavilion. Just go to city hall. I can't remember the cost but it's not expensive m
Public park I think just get there early 🤔
Yes you can.
Yes you can but water if often muddy. When I was a kid we caught catfish at night , little blue gills and top water carp by the dozens. Tight lines and good luck.
No.
The larger pavilion is located near the pond and the smaller pavilion is between the parking lot and the baseball field.
Only on private property. Anything open to the public requires a license
About 9:30pm-9:45pm. They tend to start 15-30 minutes after what is technically dusk, depending on cloud cover. Tonight in Wilkes Barre dusk is at 9:14pm.
I'd ask Wilkes-Barre city hall. I'm not 100% sure of they allow that without a permit.
If ur a resident of w-b u can. But u have 2 reserve 1 in advance
Yes it is. You can park by the lake.
there is no rain date...no fireworks...but enjoy the rides and food!!
I havent seen grills by the pavilions for several years, I'm fairly certain they were removed.
I think you can but you have to call Wilkes Barre City Hall and find out. But i dont see why not.
I believe it's called the Martz Amphitheater
Hmmmm I to have a metal detector and yes you must first inquire at your local city hall or somebody there of some authority and maybe even get something in writing just in cast you are stopped by someone else with authority of your location I feel this is best just in case of you are asked who told you that you are allowed to metal detect the key word is WHO? and if you have that piece of paper to fall back on the rest is history
