Sorry to hear about your experience 4 years ago however as of 2022 and the past couple of years I have not experienced this issue but you can call the main corporation and or the franchise owner to explain your concerns.
You could fill out the customer service survey on your receipt.
Cody have you ever worked there, because yes they are slow, but if you talk to the people they are not that bad.
