I believe all animals react differently to vaccinations. I cannot give true medical advice because i am not certified to do so, but going my past experiences, yes, loss of appetite can happen. If my pet wasn't eating after a day or so... I'd say bring them in for a check up.
Ask the vet, he's very good and on top of his work. We take our dogs there and are very pleased
