Edited in October 2022: The staff and Vet that assisted me in my 14 yr old pugs last moments were extremely appreciated. This hospital and it’s staff, and vets have a hard job, and they do prioritize emergency when they receive them. This far outweighs the time spent for people looking for low cost vaccinations - like myself in my previous review. They do their best with their resources and there is a lot of people coming in and out of there with their pets on a daily basis. Thank you for helping me with my Bella during her transition over the rainbow bridge. The hand written card is also very appreciated. Receptionist and front desk workers are extremely rude. Be prepared to wait 3-4 hours for simple vaccinations…in your hot car. They won’t book appointments and encourage walk-ins only to be treated horribly and wait for an endless amount of time. I’m only giving them 2 stars because they were great and not like this pre-pandemic.
