My son's puppy got hit by a car tonight and there was no emergency vet in Sullivan county open to take him to. So the poor thing has to suffer until he passes away . My heart is breaking for both of them.

Is there any free services (vet). We just lost a dog July 30th. Had her creamated over $300. Lost our cat a week ago. It's going to cost $200. We have a 3rd cat n the has an on-going infection/problem with his front paws. We can't afford anymore!
