Updating my review after having to go back and forth to this place. First time taking our German Shepherd here was fine I think. We brought him in with a leash and vest, but they brought him back with just the vest and a make shift leash wrapped around his neck. Saw bad reviews about the service, but some of them are informative and nice. We saw 2 different doctors and they suggested us different solutions to our dogs health issue, which was very confusing. I can tell a few people are good, and patient with our shepherd. I would be worried about the demeanor of some of the staffs attitude in there is not completely pure of heart towards the people going in and out of there. So I hope their attitude with the animals are more understanding. He is not easy to handle which is why I don't appreciate that they cut his nails without my permission. I know for a fact he was not okay with this, and it's why I don't let others cut his nails. If this was purely a concern for the dogs well being I really feel the staff/doctor should have addressed it to myself first instead of forcing my dog to get stressed out and defensive over something that I take care of at home. Get permission before doing certain services, because we might not have even had the extra $20 for that. What we do have is clippers at home. Thanks to all the staff here that are genuine, and not sneaky trying to add things to your bill and stress out your dog further than he already is.

This is a great place to take your pet. I’ve only met 2 of the doctors, but both of them were very caring and took their time answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this animal hospital.

Office visits are 60 bucks. Just to walk in. Ridiculous. Took over an hour

I've always been so thankful for the Veterinarians at Craig Road. We've always had great people who helped us and look forward to knowing that our furbabies will be well taken care of with the greatest compassion and care. I highly recommend Craig Road.

I apologize, Carol Nightengale, but I actually had both my babies with me, and they had to get shots as well as one of them getting medication, but I think it was $55 for the exam alone. Hope that helps😊
They were doing a special in February, I'm not sure if it's still continuing, I got a deal with a dental exam, cleaning, nail trim and bath and I think I paid $160
Yes Craig road offers beautiful packages as well as being very compassionate.
I really don't know, but probably around 18.
I am so sorry your cockatiel is sick, but I don't believe Craig Road does see birds, since I have never seen anything other than cats and dogs there. I would Google avian vets. I hope your little bird is ok and that you get the help you need.
You should call. They have various individualized services
Hi, my apologies but my home is already filled with a very young ( 7 month) Super Active Shih tzu
There aren’t any requirements for a euthanasia, as long as the quality of life of the animal isn’t there. Only you can decide if it’s time. You can always schedule an appointment for a quality of life exam.
Not sure how much spaying is, I had my dogs spayed and neutered at heaven can wait. I would call and ask them.
I'm not really sure. I would call Or Google A Place That Specializes in their care and has a good star rating. Craig rd is not the best place in my opinion and I've dealt with them for over 10 years and have recently started looking for a different place that will actually care for my lets and not just the money and be mindful of my time. Goid luck to you!
I don't know but the staff at Craig rd. animal hospital do know and there very nice and not that expensive
