Not all sites have electricity.
Just reserve a site w elec and water. You can even get Wi-Fi, lol
There are spots that do have elec/water but most don't. If those are important to you call and make sure you have a spot that has those amenities.
It depends on which camping ring you're in Stony Point has electric campsites the rest do not
