Yes pets must be leashed and owner cleans up after their pet.
Dogs are allowed at the park, but they must be on a leash, have up-to-date tags visable, they have to be kept hydrated, they cant be tied to trees, not allowed in the pool areas, obvious common sense for the period of time you are spending there, the heat, and if you plan on camping, hiking, or having a picnic. The rangers and sometimes durning the holidays, the state police as well, do a fantastic job of patrolling the park. They enforce the dog laws and ensure the dogs are as safe as the people in the park! Its a great time with your dog if everyone follows the rules! Hope you and yours have a blast!
