Anytime, there are no gates that close or anything like that. Just use common sense about being quiet if it is really late at nite when people are sleeping.
Anytime. We arrived at 6:30pm & went directly to our site. There was a receipt at the sight. We were just in time to buy firewood at the pool store, before it closed.
