There are two boat launches. One on Carverton Road and another inside the park. There is a small fishing dock next to the boat launch that's inside the park.
They have public boat launch and small docks for fishing open to anyone
I would call the park, but I am pretty sure there are. They have a reserved area as well as a public access to the water for everything from canoes to small boats to even a few people I saw w disabilities that had peddle boats.
