Sure is at the top of the park and it's allowed and it's beautiful because you get all the winds coming up from the lake when I was a kid my dad and mom used to take me there actually more or less my uncle and my aunt with their kids it was it was a wonderful time and good memories it's right by the park they have a nice park for kids there and a swimming pool when it's open
Yes, there is a huge field by the pool where people fly kites. Go into main entrance of the park and go straight in til you see the pool on your right. Huge field is on the left.
