Hi there I been trying to call all day today the reason I was trying to call is because we arrive at 12 :03 I’m worried about the car rental will I be able to still grab the car ? Will someone be there at the time we get there ? We made reservation

I also arrived after midnight. The Hertz desk was closed but the rental car desk next to it was open and had our reservation. The two companies take turns covering each other

They seem to never answer the phone at that location. They do always seem to make sure that all reservations are honored though.
