I read the bad reviews and didn’t think much of it because of the past experiences with car rental services were not always so smooth. But, god this car rental service just took it on another level. I have made the reservation through expedia and already checked in through the hertz apps, but was told I am waitlisted and will call me when the car’s ready. Not after i had walked for 30 mins and had to wait for another 20 mins for the q. What’s the point of confirming the reservation and checked in then? So frustrating. Definitely would not recommend, and avoid this place at all costs.

Zone Management

Nothing like being sent to the wrong address (By Google and by their email confirmation), to be given the biggest pile with a check engine light, dirty and beat to hell on every corner... just to find out there is zero parking for your car. Not that you would want to park your car near this area... whomever picked this location for an office... gives ZERO about their customers. Never ever again!

Horrible cars. Do not clean them. Gave me a POS vehicle that has an alignment issue, and the key literally dings constantly saying its not in the car while I am driving even though it is. They refuse to give me a different one. They say they have no other vehicles which is a blatant lie.
