What would be the best campsite areas for a group of Boy Scouts in late April ? Do the primitive sites have toilets and water available close by?

Milford state park has camping in primitive areas with bathrooms close

I believe that most have access to toilets relatively close and water pump. Some have shelters and most have bbq grills

Agree that WRH primitive will be the best site for scouts.

I remember that there was a large group camping at West rolling hills last spring, or early summer. There is a larger shelter house available. West rolling hills opens mid April if I am correct
