Yes, a fee depends on the site you select. A primitive site is $10 which does not have any utilities. An electric site is $19 and has electricity. A water and electric site is $21. There is a per transaction fee of $3. Additionally the campsite fees above are per night per camping unit. Finally, there is a $5 per day vehicle pass. Unless your vehicle has the Kansas passport tag (only $15.50 for an entire year of vehicle access; this is purchased when you pay or renew your tags each year).

The Corps of Engineers campground doesn't open until April 15' the tent area may be open now though

The fee is small I don't think pets are a problem , but, there is a civil service campground across the lake that is much more accommodating
