Yes. Although I haven't seen a whole lot of people catch anything. Also make sure you bring some sun protection. Not a whole lot of shade.
There are not a lot of big fish yet. The lake was drained three years ago and is still in the recovery phase. People catch fish occasionally. The fishing is all from the bank and limited to the western end with a few exceptions for access. Bring sunscreen, there is very little shade.
