I don't thank so. Yes they do do credit checks . But its not that hard to get in a place the shadylane . I've leaved there for over 2 years

I believe they gave me a credit check and I don't know if they are related with Warren estates. But it you don't have to live in the city Lapeer has a cheap trailer park at 32 and Rochester Road , Hidden Lakes it's nicer you could give that a try.
