It's pretty interesting that after a couple years I'm still posting on here to show people about this community it's a cambio community and I find that since they owned it they like to tear everything out but they don't like to put things back they make the tenants feel like they're trying to clean out the park and make it look like a field and the tenants that still care she picks on them about the quality of their yard even though the quality of other yards are not nowhere near the quality of there's and just for a little bit of help for the people that don't understand here's some photos so you can see what the community really looks like now

Getting better. I still need my storm door, screen for living room and hole that a rat ate threw for a long time. My lease was raised but I still have been ingnore. Lived here 8 year's. Never missed a payment except 1 time due to unfortunate experiene. So we will see what happens.

THIS QUESTION HAS COME UP SEVERAL TIMES SINCE I SIGNED UP AS A LOCAL GUIDE FOR GOOGLE MAPS - I HAVE LIVED IN THE FITZGERALD PUBLIC SCHOOLS SINCE 1954 & I GO BY THE PARK ALL THE TIME * I AM PRETTY SURE THE LARGER HOMES ARE TO THE WEST - CLOSER TO DEQUINDRE - I AM ALMOST POSITIVE THEY HAVE SOME REALLY NICE 3 BDs DOWN THAT WAY * GREAT AREA / GREAT SCHOOLS / GREAT CITY SERVICES / WALK TO LOUIE's ON DEQUINDRE / GREAT SHOPPING & STORES * GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS YOU *
I HAVE TRAVELED BY THE PARK FOR YEARS - HAD LITTLE LEAGUERS LIVE THERE - I WANT TO SAY THAT THEY DO HAVE 3 BDs THERE * I THINK THEY HAVE HOMES FOR RENT / SALE * I BELIEVE THE RENTALS ARE REASONABLE & FOR SALE ARE NEGOTIABLE WITH THE OWNERS - USUALLY CASH SALES - THEN YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONTHLY LOT FEE * THE PARK IS FROM WARNER AVE ON THE EAST & GOES DOWN CAPITOL & WALTZ TOWARD DEQUINDRE * I THINK THE LARGER MOBILE HOMES ARE DOWN CAPITOL TO THE WEST * I AM PRETTY SURE THEY HAVE A PARK OFFICE ON SITE THAT COULD ANSWER YOUR INQUIRIES * GOOD LOCATION / TERRIFIC SCHOOLS / GOOD SHOPPING & RESTAURANTS * BEST OF LUCK *
Rent is around $500.00 and you need a month and half for a deposit. They allow pets.
You should call the main office, they are always renovating homes.
I dont personally live there but i believe its kinda pricy for the trailers they have now cause there a bit rough looking. But they are supposed to be putting new ones in. Not sure when though. Sorry i cant be more helpful.

You can find much better for the same price as Shadylane. Poor maintenance and overrun by trees and about 1/4 of park has rat problems.
Yes my friend lives in Shady Lane Trailer Park 2 his floor in his living room who is replaced but it's caving in again because they did not fix it the right way he's called the office and put in work orders almost 18 times but from what I hear it's Under New Management so hopefully everything will be taken care of soon
You'll be sharing with the rats. Check out landmark estates. We have possums that chase the rats away.

I don't know anything about Shady Lanes I live in the Warren Estate trailer park they have quite a few for rent here it's at 10 Mile and Ryan well actually between Ryan and Warner and Frazho and Ten Mile
For a 1 bedroom it is $495.00 a month. You would have to put utlities in your own name. Utilities would cost you around $ 150.00 per month average.
