They definitely deliver and take your old fridge away. Free? I think so, but of course it's worked into the price, so it's not truly free. If someone else charges for that, they probably also charge less for the fridge itself. In the end it comes out about the same. Official statement from their website: free delivery on items over $396. They charge $20 to remove (dispose of) the old fridge.
I'm sorry I have never purchased any appliances from Lowe's before but I'm sure that they do just try giving them a call
