They definitely deliver and take your old fridge away. Free? I think so, but of course it's worked into the price, so it's not truly free. If someone else charges for that, they probably also charge less for the fridge itself. In the end it comes out about the same. Official statement from their website: free delivery on items over $396. They charge $20 to remove (dispose of) the old fridge.

Make sure to select the store you plan to shop at. If the quantity on hand is less than six, or so, CALL FIRST, and ask for outside lawn and garden, and ask the assosiate to give you an "eyes-on count" , and not the count in the computer, as the computer is not 100% accurate. Good luck.
