You can have up to 2 animals here and as far as I know they do not have restrictions on dogs. I see German Shepherds, Pits, all kinds of large dogs. I have an Australian Shepherd and never had a problem here. Matter of fact there are several German Shepherds in this neighborhood.

Rent varies for different homes. Go on their website and it will show what's available and how much. I don't believe a 1 or 2 bedroom is 1200 a month, I think it's a bit cheaper. You can have 2 animals in this park and all dogs are welcome!!

We pay 999 a month. Ours is new and a 3 bedroom two bath.
