Elevators and water are horrible. There is always something going wrong somewhere. . .like living in a 3rd world country but, you are paying for it out of your pocket. It matters not if they "try" to fix things when little to nothing changes.
They don't know what's wrong in the first place, and can't afford to have most projects done professionally
