Why is the staff at the Nolita store so unwelcoming, pretentious, and uninformed about fragrance? Do you just hire people for their Man Bun?

I live in the area. It’s downtown Manhattan. People there are cool, laidback and easy going. Sorry but the staff in le labo’s Nolita store doesn’t reflect the people who live in the neighborhood at all.

Customers who shop there have Stockholm syndrome.
