I visited here 2 days ago around 6:30 pm and stayed until 7. It wasn’t as crowded as I expected, but still there were some people coming in and out. Although I liked the fact that the staffs did not bother me while I was looking through the products, in fact they are simply unwelcoming just like how some other reviews mentioned. But I went there to get hair & body products, only to face very limited options. Nice place overall, it just didn’t have what I wanted. (I got something else at the end, which I liked anyways.) I recommend this store if you are mostly looking for their fragrance and is okay to be “unbothered”.

Stylish store with cool interior design, industrial style. They have a good collection of products and you can try them all here! Found my all time favorite no.13 perfume and also the shampoo smells so good!

Classic Le Labo store at Soho, so expect that this store will be very crowded compared to other locations in the city. I guess it wasn't a good timing when me and my friend visited as there's water dripping by the entrance. Also, the sprayers of the samples that we initially ordered weren't working, but good thing we tested it first and they gladly replaced it. If you don't like big crowds, go to other branched. I don't personally go here anyway.
