I wasn’t a fan of this location. The guy working there wasn’t the most inviting and helpful. We were buying a candle as a gift for our friends and customized the label. He slapped both the candle and box labels on with zero care and they ended up having bumps on them which was especially frustrating for a gift. It was also pretty hot inside the store and a tight space to be in. While we loved the product, we were pretty disappointed with our experience.

i’ve been wanting to stop by for quite some time now. finally had the chance to do so and the experience was pleasant. it’s a small store, but luckily when I went it wasn’t crowded. the guy who helped me was nice and patient. i told him what i wanted and what i was looking for. though i wasn’t planning on buying anything, i ended up purchasing the bergamote 22. i found it to be the perfect scent for summer! super excited to use it and i’d definitely go here again to try different scents!

I went to this particular location today, my first time at a LeLabo store and the first time smelling their unique and mesmerizing perfumes. I had such a good experience that I must write a review about it. First of all, the gentleman who helped me out was so patient with me, he guided me through every single scent and helped me finding “the one”. He wasn’t pushy, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was honestly the perfect experience for me and we ended up finding exactly what I was looking for. I am already in love with my new perfume. Thank you so much!
