DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! Forced to cancel my policy in May. Was owed over $80 for the cash value. They lost my paperwork and refused any liability. Was paid $27.28 in August after paying $28.32/month for almost 3 years. Better off taking your business literally ANYWHERE else! DO NOT INVEST IN THESE SCAMMERS! Updated: USPS DID NOT LOOSE MY MAIL, IT WAS DELIVERED TO BALTIMORE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY THEN LOST WITHIN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I termination my policy and was told more then once I didnt need a witness signature then they waited 25 business day to tell me that I need a witness signature and was told my termination would be processed Immediately once I resent them the Application with a witness signaturecause which I did since I was giving the wrong Information which was a lie now I got told today it would take other 30 busniess day to reprocessed everything like wow im stunt by the lies

I had a life insurance policy with them and tried calling them several times to get a copy of my policy and they never answered or returned my calls until I stopped the automatic deductions from my acct. Then they called and wanted to know why I stopped. Really I didn't know if they were for real or if I had signed up for some fake policy. Not good customer service
