We'd like to ride around on our mountain e-bikes, but only have a small car (low clearance) to transport them to the area. Is it possible to drive to this area, then un-load to start our exploration on our bikes?

Yes, there is a fairly mellow dirt road you can drive for a mile or so and park next to the water canal bridge crossing and then take your mountain e-bikes further up the dirt road to the Valley of the Names.

So, we drove with a very small, low-clearnce Honda Fit today (Jan 26, 2022)..with our bikes on our bike rack and we were able to get within about 1-2 miles from the start of seeing the Valley of Names. Very cool to bike around on the roads within this valley ! We saw a group of jeeps and other than them, had the area to ourselves!
