Even though I live in Yuma Arizona I rather drive a few extra miles to Winterhaven California "across the Colorado River from Yuma Arizona" and do my USPS shipping from this office because the wait times are much less even during the Christmas holiday shipping frenzy.

Would be nice if it was on the website that General Delivery was between 2:30 and 4:30 Arizona Time. Kinda funny because the post office is in California.

I called to see what was required for GD was told there wasn't any so to my surprise when I went in to get my package I was given the third degree as to how do I know my package was there (I use tracking via text) email verification too. I showed all this to the not so friendly female clerk, she fumed alittle and pointed to the lobby and blue door. I just stood there until she finally got my package. I would of given them 1star but I did get excellent service prior by the very polite young gentlemen.

Yes but only during certain hours after 2pm to 4pm at blue door inside main entrance by mail boxes. Mon-Fri.
