Neat but understaffed. Don’t go after 5pm or so during the work week if you’re in a hurry and can’t use the self-service kiosk. They are good about responding to phone calls, though.

The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because my packages do seem to get to their destination through this post office. The problem is the parcel box is always full. Every time I go in there, it has been full, I have only ever dropped a parcel in it probably once. I don’t usually have time to wait in the line of 20 people to hand it to a person, so I always end up throwing it in the regular mail slot. I feel bad for doing it because that’s not where it goes but I usually don’t have another choice if I want my mail out that day.

The desk attendants at this location are very punctual and knowlegeable of whatever it was I inquired about. Robert specifically was very jovial and knowledgeable about giving me ample information to expedite obtaining my passport a couple months prior to my birthday in which I was able to obtain it the SAME day. Thank you to every attendant there that goes above and beyond to exhibit excellent customer service as well.

At the time I was there, every employee had airpods or some sort of headphones in. They were rude and tried correcting me with the wrong date multiple times, very slow, very low energy. And when I asked if he could recieve my package or to even check he just said it isn't back yet, and when he did go look he was gone for 10 minutes. Absolutely atrocious.

Let them know you are here. Did you put in a address change? Whether or not you did, go there and let them know.
Yes they should have lobby personal be more helpful In directing the public in matters. ex:wen people walk in & have 2 fill out form should not wait in line forms r out in open in da lobby. Personal should ask individuals & direct them were forms r, & tell them fill out then proceed 2 line
Not likely mail is being held for a couple of months but I'm sure the postmaster at the city you live in will be happy to look into it for you
Yes
They were open but no delivery
I would check post office of address moved from to see if they are holding your mail. Maybe calling companies to make sure they have correct address.
Go online usps.com and make an appointment for this location. Bring the completed application, state id or drivers license, and birth certificate with seal and parents name on it.
Vacation hold can only be 30 days. And yes you can pick up and keep it on hold.
No, they have boxes there you can purchase to package your items.
