We've been coming here(& recommending Avenue to our friends)since the early 1980's and never had an experience like this. Hope this experience isn't typical of the NEW Avenue! 1 week after treatment we called to advise them that our dog seemed to be experiencing respiratory distress(shortness of breath). Waited 3 HOURS for a callback(no call)& finally went in without an appointment. Found out that NEITHER vet had even been given the message. The staff checked the physical pills and said they were correct medication & dosage. Wouldn't see our dog(even for a second)to tell us if we had ANY need for concern & advised to wait the weekend or go see an emergency vet. One day later... If they had actually told the vet, and one of the veterinarians, (rather than a mere desk clerk), had at least seen him, maybe he would be alive now. They only reason this is not ONE STAR is the tremendous respect that we have for Dr Wahl and the amazing service that he personally has provided.

The staff at the front go over and above...call them.. if they don't know they will find out and call you back. Go there You wont regret it. I have been going there for 25 years.
