Customer service from this location is always top notch!!! Maria helped us today and she is so nice and friendly!!! She always has such a great attitude and genuine smile! The manager also helped us with a tracking problem! He was awesome as well! Keep up the great work!!!! Always appreciative😁

Best place in town to catch Covid. The snowbirds pack the place early. No open windows means No fresh Air, which means if one person is sick, you better have a strong immune system. The postal employees are very nice...The problem is...the huge wait.

WARNING NOMADS - watch out for this branch! i had 3 packages delivered to general delivery at this branch from amazon via ups. as a prime member, shipping was free. however, this branch charged me “postage due” of $40. i have had packages delivered to post offices from ca to maine and if there was any charge it was usually a reasonably modest $7. even at other branches in az they charged nothing. policies are very inconsistent. on top of that, ups dropped off the packages on a monday but they were not available for pickup until friday. i highly recommend not shipping to general delivery at this branch.

I am a new resident of Yuma since September, I have mailed out birthday cards to my grandchildren since moving here and 2 of them never arrived (had $25 gift cards enclosed) . I sent out just a card in December not enclosing the gift card and it was open when it arrived. There is a thief in your employ, probably the carrier that works my neighborhood, don't see how this could happen within the sorting process, too many people around to catch them. So far I am out $50 in gift cards. I won't be sending anymore. From now on my grandchildren won't get the thrill of opening a nice card with that gift card in it. Shame on this person. Something needs to be done.
