I am not aware of 50% off days usually, but every Monday is 25% customer appreciation discount on everything.

The store wide sales are held on holidays, but certain color tags are half-off each Sunday, as well.
Martin Luther King Day. Jan 15th. They are held on holidays. You can go to their website and select "promotions" for more info.
They do the 50% off days on Holidays so I believe the next one is MLK day. But honestly they hike the prices up for that day and then lower the prices the next day. You may get a few good finds but not sure it's worth the crowd😀
