My husband and myself decided on pizza for dinner. We ordered two large pepperoni, one with banana peppers and sausage. We notice after we ordered that the employees that were making our pizzas weren't wearing gloves. We asked the cashier if they could put some on and she responded that they don't have to wear them. Never in my life have I heard that. And I work in food service!!! After we got our food then we notice that the order was wrong!!!

I ordered the Big Box and 2 side items...an extra order of bread sticks and a 3rd cheese pizza. The 3rd pizza was overdone ( slightly burned, and the extra order of breadsticks were omitted.....( but yes, on the receipt).... Be sure to look at all products and review order before you leave the store if carry-out. Dissapointing visit, this time.

I love Pizza Hut I’ve ordered delivery many times no problem tonight I actually picked up from store and made order. The employees do not wear any gloves while making pizzas . Cross contamination between touching everything in the store. Even without the pandemic I would want who ever making my food to have gloves on . This is unacceptable and very scary to see a restaurant not take normal protocols.
