Small apartments but they are VERY WELL KEPT!!! As well as the landscaping stays neatly kept...SAMANTHA IS AN AMAZING PERSON AND REALLY CARES ABOUT HER TENANTS NEEDS!!! I lived here for one year and would have stayed longer, but ended up having a baby and needed more space. I have nothing negative at all to say about Huntley Ridge Apartments Highly recommend 👌

Apartments are nice but there are some insects in the apartments and in the parkin, basement there are 1000 of spiders and they are big and thay are coming into apartments and lobby smels awful.

There are pros and cons to this place, like anywhere else. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roommate. Rent was about $800 in total (or $400 each). Pros: The price is great! It was clean when we moved in. The area is nice and quite. There is a washer/dryer hookup and you can rent it through Huntley Ridge. You can just tack it on to the rent ($50 a month). The space is pretty big for the price. Maintenance helped us resolve issues fairly quickly. Cons: A/C unit is only in the living room. This is challenging on summer nights with the bedroom doors closed. There isn’t a dishwasher or a microwave. Rent isn’t paid online so you have to take a check or money order to their office each month (no cash allowed). This is a great option if you are looking for a nice mid level apartment. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but it’s a good deal.

I’ve been here going on two years now and I must say Huntley Ridge is a beautiful place to stay and call home. Since I’ve been here I had nothing but good experience with the staff. The concerns I had with Huntley Ridge were definitely dealt with in a timely manner and I respect and love the maintenance crew for doing such a terrific job. I just love this place and would recommend Huntley Ridge only for those who loves a quiet, well kept place with PROFESSIONAL staffing. Thank you Cindy for all your help as well as the maintenance crew Doug , Sam and everyone else. Cindy, Doug and Sam you guys ROCk and I attend on being here until the music stops. 👍 👍
