Because this place does not allow smoking on the balconies, I assume our downstairs neighbors will not hesitate to smoke indoors. The smell of marijuana rises through the vents and into our apartment. As a non smoker this gets to be very frustrating especially when trying to go to sleep at night. We have went from telling the landlord multiple times to leaving a polite note on the front door below us and nothing has been done. Our guests that come and visit us smell the marijuana and often can’t stay and visit because it is so irritating and strong. Nothing has been done about this issue.

Im a vender that did painting and drywall work there spent money out of my pocket for material its been four months have not been paid cant reach anyone about my situation manager will not help i did notice there wasnt any maintenance personal can someone help i would not recommend working for this company can the owners please respond to this just want paid for the work i have done

Ill be here about a year in October. Nice renovation but pricy for the space and no amenities. No washer dryer hook up. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer per building shared. No pool, playground etc. Walls are thin. Hard to sleep to get up early for work. Door to hallway constantly slammed. My picture on wall crooked all time. Too pricey for footage. I didnt receive my month free from special that was run when I moved in. Nor fitness package. Over half of the amenities mentioned were promised but do not exist. 1100.00 a month for 1 bedroom which includes pet fee too much. Wish rent was lowered for tenants here and future ones coming in. I can see paying that much if there is a pool, exercise room, playground and washer dryer hookup. I pay my rent to live here but dissatisfied. Worried that other tenants are moving out. Staff is nice. But miss previous. And some of your amenities are false advertisement. No courtyard, no grills. I have no dish washer. Asked for a filter change. Was told maintenance be there to do Friday June 12th at 4pm. No show!!-!!! Filters have not Been changed since December. Dpl bill higher as ac/heat working harder. New renters coming in at cheaper rent. Same apartment as us current ones do. Wont lower our rent. Alot of move outs due to promises being broken and rent out rageous. Won't work with current residents. 😢 you think they want to keep current residents. Im just being honest to what experiencing. Have right to voice..

Was great while living there, but once you move out to expect to hear from anyone. I've reached out multiple times about my refund of security deposit, was told I would receive it a month after a move out. It's been over that time frame. Still no check or even a update! Highly disappointed! Contacting property company today!!
