Why can't they open on time?I'm not complaining about 2 to 3 minutes, or on occasion. Happens regularly. Today: 5/30/2018, sign on the door says open at 6 a.m. At 6:45 I left for Perkins (next door, opens at 6, and they mean it!)

Because they don't have enough workers. They should pay a little bit more. But I'm not in management.

Because someone is not performing their duties to company & customer expectations. That's unfortunate. Since their food is exceptional, their service should match! Pls call that store, and voice your concern.

Doesn't surprise me in the least. The kids are floundering as to what to do, managers are running around like kids instead of managing and showing the kids what and why their jobs are important.

Wow. Definitely a management problem. I would call or go online to Bob Evan's customer service and let them know about what happened.

I agree it's a mngmt prob ! As a mngr i know 4 a fact u r EXPECTED 2 b there 2 open n on time no matter wat !!
