This Bob's has gone to hell. 1 customer in restaurant and wife and I had to wait while table was cleaned off. Every table was dirty. She asked for gravy on side her turkey came out looking like soup. Had to asked for bread. And green beans were smothered with pepper. Third time. Will start going to mason-montgomery instead

Fast, friendly service and the food was hot and delicious. Our waiter refilled our drinks without us having to ask and checked in with us often to ensure we had everything we needed.

First time eating at the West Chester location and it was good. Greeted immediately by one of the 3 servers on tonight. Seated promptly, order taken within 3 minutes, salad delivered with drink a few minutes later, within 10 minutes the entree was served. Server checked back, took my dessert order, simply put, solid all around!

It was alright, Jenne our server did a great job. When we walked in we were shot a dirty look from one of the employees sweeping. I think it because we walked in at 8:00 and they close at nine. We ordered Cinna biscuits, always our favorite thing to order. Then my boyfriend ordered The original farmer, and I ordered the south of the border omelet , I think that's what it was called. Anyway the omelet has a lot of water inside it, made the omelet taste bland. I also ordered a peice of French toast.

Yes you can! When you order online, you can specify if you'd like to pickup at your local Bob Evans or have it delivered directly to mom ($15 minimum required).
It’s a business. Things happen. I used to work as a hostess and a server in my late teens and early twenties. Sometimes it’s because cooks or servers quit, call in sick, or get to work late. It could also be poor management.
I was there Sunday and there was a long wait. I don't know if they were short staffes due to the weather but I do know they have some new people and that may have caused the problem. I would give that location another chance. I'm there every week and usually service is fine.
