I know when you have a low employee turnout, you are going to get slow. Service is going to suffer a little, and it’s just going to be a long sit in. This ihop is no different than any other, I think it was updated about ten+ years ago, but I think it’s due for a new coat of paint and polish because you can just see things need to be either repaired or honestly replaced. I must of come on a bad day because service just sucked and honestly, I’m really not coming back because it wasn’t the first time.

Well, this is the second and last time we will attempt to eat here. The first time, they were busy but it seemed like they were giving outrageous wait times only to get consumers to leave. It worked, we left. Today we tried it again. This time, they were not busy. They had employees working. They had empty tables but they were short staffed. I understand why table were empty. This has been a common problem everywhere, since the pandemic. Here is the problem. There was another couple waiting to be seated when we arrived. They were not acknowledged by anyone. We were not acknowledged. There was no “It will be a few minutes,” “we are short staffed,” “it will be 30mins for a table…” nothing. There were more parties that arrived after us. The same parties decided to leave before us. We could see the manager in the far side of dining room. She and others looked at us but no one said a thing to anyone waiting. Ultimately, all waiting parties left unhappy. Maybe we will try again next year. We have eaten at an IHOP in New Jersey several times and we love the gluten free pancakes. IHOP is the only place we have found these wonderfully tasting gluten free pancakes. I wish we could have the same where we live.

Really like this location. The food was perfect and the service was excellent, and we were there during shift change.

We did not have complete service here. Our hostess and waitress seems to have a 'whatever' attitude with my family. We were seated next to the kitchen door with a lot of loud talking going on. There were only three customers seated with a restaurant full of empty seats. I asked her we could we move to a window booth she said no, that section is closed. So I asked for the manager. She seemed a little more reasonable, listened to my story, and thanked us for coming.

Face mask . sanitize tables. Spacing seats apart. Even sanitizer before and after you enter restrooms.
