I tried to cancel my membership and they wouldn't allowed me to cancel it unless I came in person. I eventually found time to come in person, and Maliq (who can cancel memberships) was no-where to be seen. I called back the next day and he told me that he was going to take a lunch break in 30 minutes, so he would call me back afterwards. I never received a call back and I got charged another month. They have no intention to get you to quit because their business model revolves around keeping clients locked into paying monthly installments. I have two gym memberships, so I am taking my business to a local gym.

This place is a scam. We wanted to sign up for personal training and try it out. They offered us a variety of options. We could sign up for a year or 6 months. The 6 months had a higher rate but we didn't want to commit to a whole year. After our 6 months was up they didn't notify is at all and continued to charge us. We tried to fight to get some money back but the refused. I really did enjoy our training and our trainer DJ. If you sign up be super careful.

The check in was good, however, for this nice of an area the gym is a little outdated with their equipment (treadmill) Also, the showers did not have shower heads and it made for a very uncomfortable shower it was actually horrible! I love the brand Esporta as a whole. I just recommend this location to invest more money in their property.

LA Fitness used to be considered a better option than the budget gyms. This is no longer the case. I would say that this gym is just a coat of purple paint away from being a planet fitness, but that would detract from them. This gym has the name brand equipment, but it's the lowest possible models. Incredibly hot, zero air circulation, and comically over crowded. If it was the only gym in town and only cost $7.99 a month it would be ok. Unfortunately as long as there are other gyms open you will always have a better option that this location.
