They advertise Same Day Service, which they really do not offer. Needed a dress dry cleaned for an out-of-town wedding. Would have even been ok with pick up early the next morning, but they would not even accommodate that.

I brought in garment that had stain to see if they could remove. The counter worker brought over specialist who said it should not be problem. When picking up garment, they charged me for dry cleaning. Never mentioned stain was not able to be removed. Small note on garment they didn’t feel could be removed so never attempted. Very unprofessional given reason garment was brought in.
