Lance was very laid back and wanted me to be happy with my choice. I never felt pressured or even encouraged to purchase. Lance believed in his product and allowed the bed to sell itself. I had been thinking about this purchased for several months and had even visited the store beforehand without leaving any personal information. My Sleep Number Bed will be delivered in 8 days. As of now, I am completely satisfied, I will hold my opinion about the rest of my experience until after it is delivered.
