I received a pizza that literally had a slice from a different and smaller sized pizza! It's like someone wanted a slice of it and instead of making a new pizza, they took a piece out of a smaller pizza and tried to make it look like it fit(clearly didn't please see pics). I called the location immediately and they told me to contact the delivery service as it wasnt their problem. The entire order was burnt as well and some parts not edible. Will not be ordering Donatos again.

Worst Danotos around. Horrible customer service! I called in and they said they couldn't hear me. When I ask again they just hung up on me. Nothing infuriating more sitting on hold for 10 minutes just to get hung up on. Absolutely disrespectful! I'll never eat here again.

WORST customer service ever!!! I was in the drive thru. They allowed the car in front of me to sit at the window for 15 minutes. If their food isn’t ready have them move away. When I finally got to the window it was 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I even yelled hello into the open window & nothing. So by the time I finally got my pizza it was cold. Last week I also ordered the cinnamon bread and it was burnt. I’m completely done with this place!!

Placed my order with the app. Confirmed order when I arrived. Subs were made horribly. Boneless wings rubbery. Items on subs that were specified to be excluded. The subs were swimming in ranch on one and marinara on the other. Calling store now have been on hold for 30 minutes. Never had an issue with a pizza order but this order and customer support is ridiculous.
